About Me
- Name: Jenna Star Friedman
- Location: port richey, florida, United States
I am a passionate painter of nature. Much of my work is done en plein air because I love being outside where I am immersed and challenged by the light in that time and place. Each painting is an act of focus and discovery and I am always learning something. I paint in oil, watercolor, acrylics and soft pastel. I teach various art classes and workshops at Pasco Hernando State College. I also teach a couple of painting classes a week in my Studio. I've been a teacher for most of my adult life although previously I worked with younger students in the public schools. I'm now really happy to be teaching art to adults. Your next challenge will be to photograph something you've done or are working on and post it.... Somehow it never looks quite like you painted it..
